At Americanflat, we work hard to get your art and home décor to you quickly, safely, and well-protected. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods such as major sales and holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
Americanflat ships from multiple fulfillment centers across the United States, located in Edison, NJ; Hardeeville, SC; and Fontana, CA. Your order is routed from the location best suited to fulfill it, which helps reduce transit time. Some orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one package or from more than one location and may arrive on different days.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your destination. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within approximately 6–9 business days of being placed.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak-season volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 per order to destinations within the United States. The shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises. Any promotional shipping offers will also be reflected at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Americanflat ships to addresses within the United States, including U.S. P.O. boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at help@americanflat.com and we will be glad to help.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with members of your household, neighbors, and your building’s management or mailroom, and allow up to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
If you believe your package was lost by the carrier, please notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe cannot be honored.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of both the item and the box it shipped in. Once we receive the photos, we will arrange a replacement. Damage claims submitted outside this 14-day window cannot be honored. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Americanflat is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — because we begin processing orders quickly, we may not be able to make changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
