Americanflat was founded in New York in 2011. Orders ship from our warehouses in California, New Jersey and South Carolina.
Do Americanflat frames use real glass?
It depends on the frame. Many styles use shatter-resistant glass, and others use lightweight plexiglass or PET film. The glazing is listed on every product page.
Do the frames come ready to hang?
Most wall frames come with hangers already attached to the back, so you'll just need a nail or picture hook.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the frame and the box, and we'll send a replacement, no return needed. You can reach us at help@americanflat.com.
