What is included?
Print & Frame includes your confirmed photo printed and fitted in the selected frame. Frame-only orders do not include a custom print.
Paper quality
Your photos are printed on Lumaprints Premium Archival Smooth Matte fine art paper: heavyweight 230 gsm, acid-free paper with a smooth, bright-white surface and a matte finish for rich color and crisp detail.
Processing time
Please allow 5 additional days for print processing, on top of our regular shipping time.
Order editing time
You have 20 minutes after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After that, your order is confirmed and can no longer be edited or canceled.
Refund policy
We do not accept returns of confirmed custom prints. Your order is fully guaranteed if it arrives damaged or if your confirmed image is not completely printed onto the paper. Contact us and we will make it right.
Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of $99 or more under 100 lb within the contiguous United States. Oversized items are excluded. Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
Responsibility for print content
Only upload images you have permission to print. Review your crop, size and orientation before confirming. See our Terms of Service for additional details.
