At Americanflat, our goal is for you to absolutely love our brand—by meeting your everyday art needs with high-quality, unique products. Your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below for a smooth, hassle-free experience.
Return eligibility
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All returns must include the original packing slip so we can identify the sender.
- Items returned in unsuitable condition will be refused and not refunded.
Costs and refunds
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You may purchase from us a flat $12.95 return shipping label from us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Americanflat is not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.
Lost packages
- If you believe your package was lost by the carrier, notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.

Damaged or defective items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of both the frame and the box it shipped in. Once we receive the photos, we'll ship a replacement. Damage claims outside this 14-day window cannot be honored.
Cancellations
- Because we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations cannot be accepted more than one hour after the order is placed.
Exchanges
- We don't offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return it within the eligible timeframe and place a new order for your preferred product.
